Breadfruit

ABOUT-  

Breadfruit is a white fleshed, bread liked texture fruit originated from New Guinea, the Maluku Islands and the Philippines. With an artichoke and chestnut flavor, it can be eaten raw when ripe or cooked when unripe. Despite all the starch in the fruit, breadfruit is rich in fiber and potassium, and is even said to have more potassium than three bananas.

HANDLING:

The products storage temperature is approximately 45-50 degrees F.
